I am writing you to let you know of the excellent customer service I was given by your employees. When I called to make an appointment for air conditioning repairs in West Dulwich, the person who answered the phone actually acted like they wanted to be there. That is a very uncommon trait in today’s day and age. I was set up with an appointment for the same afternoon. To my surprise, they showed up on time and took the estimated time they gave to fix my problem. Their punctuality made my day run as scheduled. That is something that a lot of companies promise, but sure do not deliver on. So it was nice to see that this company takes pride in their word.
All of the houses in my neighborhood were built at about the same time, so if I am having issues with my air conditioning, it is pretty much a given that in time, my neighbors will start having issues of their own.
