I am writing you to give kudos to your customer service staff. I was treated like a VIP by your employees. When I called to make an appointment for air conditioning repairs in Witney, the person who answered the phone actually acted like they wanted to be there. That is a very uncommon trait in today’s day and age. I was set up with an appointment for the same afternoon. To my surprise, they showed up on time and took the estimated time they gave to fix my problem. Their punctuality made my day run as scheduled. That is something that a lot of companies promise, but sure do not deliver on. So it was nice to see that this company takes pride in their word.
