My family and I would like to thank everyone at GT Refrigeration for taking care of our emergency call on a weekend. I just had to write and let every one out there know how wonderful this company really is. My family had been with out any air conditioning for almost a week. We have an air conditioner that is still under warranty, but the warranty company was giving us the run around and then ended up not even calling us back. We were miserable and desperate to say the least.
I had called a few places looking for air conditioning repairs in Upper Norwood but, since it was the weekend, nobody would come out. Just went we were about to give up, we decided to try looking for a local company on the internet. While searching for air conditioning repairs in Upper Norwood, you company popped up. I’m telling you, it was the miracle we were hoping for. I called their number, almost expecting no one to answer since it was the weekend. Needless to say, they were on our doorstep a few hours later and we had a cool house again by that evening. I cannot even begin to express how grateful we are to these guys for giving up their weekend to help us in our time of need.
