Allergy season is upon us and for those that suffer it is not a pleasant time of year. There are some things you can do though to reduce the impact that these have on you.

The main reason for allergies this time of year is because of the pollen that is coming from flowering trees and plants and when these get inside your home or office space, the effects can be amplified. This is because they then mix with the allergens that are inside; these include dust, mould spores, mites and animal fur.

With a little bit of effort it is possible to reduce the effects that all these causes have on you starting with paying attention to the pollen counts. When it looks like it is going to be high, try to stay indoors as much as possible.
